The long-term outlook for property market


 

The property investment tends to go well and have the bright future, especially condo market for new condo developments and used condos. The demand in condo is continuously rising in Bangkok area and other main provinces. Experts say that this comes from the real consumers’ needs rather than housing bubbles. Unsurprisingly, the most popular keywords in Google are “Hua Hin accommodation”, “Rent Hua Hin”, “Resort House”, “House for Rent Phuket” instead of five star luxury hotels because the vacation style of today’s people has been changed. The investors see this aspect as opportunity to develop more single house and condominium in various tourist cities. Compared to land buying, the investment in buying and selling of condo Bangkok , condo rental or just selling a receipt of reservation of a good condo does not need much capital for new investors. Thus, condos in potential locations are widely in great demand now. When the market is growing, the number of investors is also increasing. As a result, the high risk will follow.
